2119 Hawksworth third

Completed January 1949 to Diagram C82, Lot 1720.

Built 1949. Purchased in 1968 from Didcot. This carriage was built by the Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon works and differs from 829 in that it has an oak interior rather than the more usual mahogany. Having seen service for many years on the Valley, it is now (2019) at Bewdley for major refurbishment.
